Scarf programs include relevant training sessions, industry mentoring from hospitality professionals and paid work experience in real restaurant environments through our unique model. After increasing their knowledge, skills, networks and confidence at Scarf, trainees transition from Scarf to meaningful jobs in the hospitality industry.
